Basic technical equipment is included in the price (LCD projector, OHP, canvas, Flip-chart or white board with pencil, video, CD player, sound system, and a technicians help for the first 30 minutes). The price is the same if you do not need technical equipment. Additional expenses: rent of equipment for simultaneous translation, rent of equipment for a Video-conference, rent of PS or notebook, rent of slide projector, technician’s help, administrators expenses (photocopying).
Special discounts:
When 10 to 30 participants of a seminar stay overnight we offer a 50% discount on pricesfor the rental of seminar halls and a 10% discount on accommodation prices.
