Services performed by external providers are charged based on the valid pricelist. *The duration of services marked by * refers to the maximum duration of a treatment. The duration of a treatment is adjusted in accordance with the guest’s general physical fitness and health condition. Discount is valid for a member on the day of using and paying for the service. The discount is not combined with other discounts in the pricelist. We reserve the right to change the prices, terms of sale and opening hours. The prices are shown in Euros and they are valid as of 03. 01. 2012.
The prices include VAT in compliance with the law. THE SERVICES listed in the medical programs are performed from Monday to Saturday.

EXAM BY ORTHOPEDIC PGYSICIAN – every Friday and Saturday.
LABORATORY SERVICES – Monday to Friday.
BOOKING SERVICES – services can be booked by phone or in person.
CANCELING A SERVICE - a service needs to be cancelled at least 12 hours before the beginning. If a booked service is not cancelled, we will charge its full price.
PAYMENT – payment is accepted in cash or by credit card. We kindly ask the guests who are not staying at the hotel to pay for a service before it starts being performed
