The hotel also includes facilities for yoga, classical exercises and aerobics as well as a meditation room for relaxation with colour therapy and meditation.

The course of exercise
The exercise is for small groups only and lasts 30 minutes. An experienced yoga teacher will guide you through the meditation and calm concentrated breathing.
You will learn how to poise correctly. Closed eyes and long peaceful breathing will lead you to complete calmness.
