Today we are faced with a sedentary lifestyle and a lack of movement. We sit at home, on the way to work, at work, at school and during some leisure activities. Even when we could be physically active, we don't have time or we have various excuses. In addition, we often do not pay attention to the correct movement patterns during our daily activities. As a result, many problems and pains in the spine can occur in the long run.
Therefore, it is very important that, in addition to encouraging physical activity, activities should also be aimed at reducing sitting time. Much can be done by prevention and maintaining a neutral position of the spine during daily tasks, sitting and lifting loads. It is recommended to take a break, take a walk, and do some stretching or strengthening exercise several times a day during prolonged sitting. We stretch the shortened muscles and strengthen the muscles that are in an extended position. This prevents incorrect posture, reduces the risk of injury and prevents back pain.
