General conditions for hotel reservations in Thermana Laško

Basic information

The accommodation programs are valid from 01/01/2022 to 31/12/2022. Accommodation prices include VAT, but do not include tourist tax and registration fees. The room is available after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

The offer applies to a limited number of rooms. We reserve the right to stop accepting reservations without prior notice. The offer is informative. For the actual calculation of the price of the stay, please contact our reservation service.

Promotions and discounts do not add up and cannot be combined. We reserve the right to change the program. We reserve the right to change the content and price of the program without prior notice.

In accordance with the current epidemiological picture and changes in measures to prevent the spread of infections with the Covid-19 virus, we reserve the right to change the content of the offer.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, UL RS no. 86/2004 with further amendments and additions), we guarantee that the data is safe and stored exclusively for making payments. In the event of a dispute between the parties, the real court in Celje has jurisdiction over all disputes.

How to get an offer and make a reservation and finally confirm the reservation?

Accommodation in our hotels can be booked in two ways: via e-mail or as an online reservation on the website. Children from the age of 12 and up pay the price of an adult. If you are making a reservation via the website, register children aged 12 and over in the boxes where you enter the number of adults. Child discounts are valid on an additional or basic bed for the age of the child on the day of departure from the accommodation.

1. Enquiry via email

You send us an inquiry via e-mail, where you write the desired period of stay, the desired hotel, the number of adults and the number and age of children. Based on this data, we prepare an offer for you. Demand or our offer is not considered a confirmed reservation, as you still need to confirm the offer and pay the advance payment or fill out the credit card reservation guarantee form. If we do not receive the confirmation and advance payment/guarantee, it is considered that the reservation was never ordered.

2. Online reservation on the website

Online booking is the fastest and easiest way. For the guarantee, enter your credit card details or make an advance payment in the amount of 30 %.

If you enter credit card information, we will not charge it, as it only applies to the guarantee, and the entire payment is settled at the hotel. In case of no-show or untimely cancellation of the reservation, we reserve the right to charge the card. Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as you finalize the payment process.

If children will be staying with you, enter them in the reservation as well. Depending on the expected number of children and other information, the price of the arrangement is automatically calculated and displayed on the screen. We would like to inform you that in the case of online reservations and payments, it is considered that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree with them.

For each reservation (by e-mail, by phone or online on the website), your reservation is only confirmed if you have paid an advance payment for it (the advance payment is 30 % of the accommodation value) or if you have sent us a completed and signed form for Your credit card will not be charged automatically, but only for the guarantee. In case of non-arrival at the hotel or late cancellation, the hotel has the right to adjust the amount of the advance payment to the residency program.  

The down payment or the completed credit card guarantee form must be sent by the date of the option specified in the offer. If we do not receive the aforementioned guarantee form or proof of advance payment by the specified date, your offer will be automatically deleted.

Online booking process in 5 steps:  

  1. After viewing the offer on the website (example: by clicking on the "Reserve" button next to the individual hotel, you are redirected to our reservation system, which is located on the web address of the partner
  1. In the first step (AVAILABILITY), check the appropriateness of the date, special conditions and desired room type. To continue, click the "Select" button next to the selected room.
  1. In the second step (RESERVATION DETAILS) check/add the number of adults, the number of children, the age of the children, choose any additional service (sparkling in the room, massages, sauna, late check-out...), check the total value of the reservation including the tourist tax and enter the names and surnames of the guests. Then click the "Next" button.
  1. In the third step, which is also located in the tab RESERVATION DETAILS, enter the reservation holder's personal information and contact information (column on the left) and the credit card information that you will use to guarantee the reservation (column on the right). If you do not have a credit card, select the tab "Don't have a payment card?" - in this case, you will have to pay 30 % in advance. Then tick to agree to the General Terms and Conditions and complete the reservation by clicking the "Book" button.  
  1. In the last step (CONFIRMATION OF A RESERVATION)  a notice is displayed on the successful completion of the reservation or information for advance payment and a summary of the reservation with key information and a unique reservation number. You will also automatically receive the summary to the e-mail you entered.

The procedure is now completed and the reservation has been successfully completed. Additional verification by phone and/or e-mail is not required.

Two days before your arrival, we send you a welcome message with all the information about your stay with us.

Payment must be made upon departure. In case you want to change the reservation, you must cancel the existing reservation and make a new reservation (to cancel the reservation, select the hotel and date, when a new window opens, select "More options" and then "Cancel reservation", then enter your reservation number) .

Reservation cancellation conditions:

The guest has the right to cancel or suspend the use of the program. Cancellation must be made by the guest at least three days before arrival notify by phone 00386 (0)3 423 2100 or by e-mail or in writing to the address: Thermana, dd, reservation service, Zdravilišča cesta 6, 3270 Laško. The hotel has the right to define different cancellation conditions for individual programs.

Untimely cancellation of the reservation or no-show:

In case of timely cancellation of the reservation 3 or more days before arrival, the guest is entitled to a refund of the entire advance payment or payments for the entire stay.

In case of untimely cancellation or no-show, the hotel has the right to charge compensation for the unoccupied room, namely:

In the event of a change of stay at their own request or due to force majeure, without there being any reason for this on the part of Thermane Laško due to an improperly performed service, the guest has no right to request any compensation or price reduction.

Claims and appeals

If you see deficiencies or irregularities in our service, we urge you to immediately inform the employees at the reception of Thermana company in order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. In the event that the object of the complaint could be eliminated on the spot (e.g. insufficient cleanliness of the room, damaged equipment, inappropriate location of the room, etc.) and you did not immediately complain about the alleged error in our service to Thermane staff, it is considered that you have agreed to the service and subsequent complaints are not possible.

For other deficiencies that you did not report on the spot, a written complaint can be filed within two months after the service was provided. A written complaint can be submitted by e-mail: If the deadline for submitting a complaint is missed, we will not consider the content of such a complaint. We will confirm in writing that we have received your complaint within 48 hours of submitting a written complaint, and we will respond to it in writing within 3 days at the latest. Due to the construction works, it will go through the lock towards the Laško Spa facility IMPORTATION DISABLED FROM THE MAIN ROAD SIDE. There will be access ENABLED AT THE THERMANA PARK LAŠKO HOTEL parallel to the main road. The route will be marked.

Access to the Zdraviliški Park parking lot remains uninterrupted.
