GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HOTEL RESERVATIONS IN THERMANA LAŠKO

Essential information
 
The accommodation programs are valid from 1/1/2022 to 31/12/2022. Accommodation prices include VAT, however do not include tourist taxes and registration fees. The room is on the day of arrival available after 14:00 and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
 
The offer refers to a limited number of rooms. We reserve the right to stop accepting reservations without prior notice. The offer is informative. Contact our reservation service for an actual price calculation of your stay.
 
Special offers and discounts do not add up and can not be combined. We reserve the right to change the program. We reserve the right to change the content and price of the program without prior notice.
 
In accordance with the current epidemiological picture and changes in measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 infections, we reserve the right to change the content of the offer.
 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, UL RS no. 86/2004 (with further amendments) we ensure to secure and to store data exclusively fort he implementation of payments. In the event of disagreement between the parties, all disagreements shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the District Court in Celje.
 

How to obtain an offer, make a reservation and finally confirm the reservation?
Accommodation in our hotels can be booked in two ways: by e-mail or as an online reservation on the website.
 
Children from the age including 12 pay the price for an adult. If you make a reservation through the website, enter them in the box as the number of adults. Child discounts apply on an extra or basic bed for the child's age on the day of departure.
 
1. Inquiry via email
 
Send us an inquiry via e-mail, where you write the desired date of stay, the desired hotel, the number of adults and the number and age of children. Based of this information, we will prepare an offer for you. Demand or our offer is not considered a confirmed reservation, as you have to confirm the offer and pay an advance payment or fill out the credit card guarantee form. In the event we do not receive confirmation and advance payment/guarantee, it is considered that the reservation has never been ordered.
 
2. Online booking on the website
 
Online booking is the fastest and easiest way. For a guarantee, enter your credit card details or pay a 30% prepayment.
If you enter your credit card information, we will not charge you, as it only applies to the guarantee, the full payment will be made at the hotel. In case of non-arrival or late cancellation of the reservation, we reserve the right to charge the credit card. Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as you have finally confirmed the payment process.
 
If children will be staying with you, enter them in the reservation. Depending on the estimated number of children and other information, the price of the arrangement is calculated automatically and also displayed on the screen. Let us inform you, in case of an online bookings and payments, you are deemed to have read and agree to these terms.
 
For each booking (via e-mail, telephone or online on the website), your reservation is confirmed only if you have paid an advance payment for it (the prepayment is 30% of the value of the accommodation) or you have sent us a completed and signed form for credit card reservation guarantee. Your credit card will not be charged but will only be used as a guarantee. Payment will be made at the hotel. In case of no-show or late cancellation the credit card will be charged automatically. The hotel has the right to adjust the amount (%) of the advance payment value according to the program of stay.
 
An advance payment or a completed credit card guarantee form must be sent by the option date listed in the offer. If we do not receive the mentioned guarantee form or proof of advance payment by the specified date, your offer will be automatically deleted.

Online booking process in 5 steps:
1.      After viewing the offer on the website www.thermana.si (example: https://www.thermana.si/paketi-ponudbe/thermana-vas-razvaja) you are redirected to our hotel by clicking on the »Book« button next to each hotel reservation system located at the partner's website phobs.net
 
2.      In the first step (AVAILABILITY) check the suitability of the date, special conditions and the desired room type. Click the »Select# button next to the selected room.
 
3.      In the second step (RESERVATION DETAILS) check/complete the number of adults, number of children, age of children, select any additional service (sparkling wine in the room, massages, sauna, late departure…), check the total value of the reservation including tourist tax and enter names and surnames of guests. Then click the »Next« button.
 
4.      In the third step , which is also in the RESERVATION DETAILS tab, enter the personal details of the reservation holder and his contact details (column on the left) and the credit card information you will use to guarantee the reservation (column on the right). If you do not have a credit card, select the "Don't have a payment card?" tab – in this case you will need to pay 30% advance payment. Then check to agree to the General Terms and Conditions and complete the reservation by clicking on the “Book” button.
 
5.      In the last step (CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION), a notification about the successful completion of the reservation or information for the advance payment and a summary of the reservation with key data and a unique reservation number. You will also automatically receive a summary of the e-mail you entered.
 
The procedure is completed and the reservation is successfully completed with this. No additional verification by phone and/or by e-mail is required.
 
Two days upon arrival we will send you a greeting message with all the information about your stay with us.
 
Payment must be made at departure. In case you want to change the reservation, you must cancel the existing reservation and make a new reservation (to cancel the reservation, select the hotel and the date when the new window opens, select »More options« and »Cancel reservation«, then enter your reservation number).
 
Cancellation policy:
The guest has the right to cancel or terminate the use of the program. The guest must cancel the cancellation at least three days before arrival by phone 00386 (0) 3423 2100 or by e-mail: or in writting to the address: Thermana, d.d., reservation service, Zdraviliška cesta 6, 3270 Laško. The hotel has the right to define different cancellation conditions for each program.
 

Late cancellation or non-arrival:
In case of timely cancellation of the reservation 3 or more days prior arrival, the guest is entitled to a refund of the full advance payment or payments for the entire stay.
 
In case of untimely cancellation or non-arrival, the hotel has the right to charge compensation for an unoccupied room namely:
- in case of late cancellation 3-0 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 1 night per person in the booked type of accommodation will be charged,
- in case the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, a cancellation fee of 1 night per person in the booked type of accommodation will be charged.
 
In the event of a change of stay at one's own request or due to higher power, without any reasons on the part of Thermana Laško due to incorrectly performed service, the guest has no right to demand any compensation or price reduction.
 

Complaints and appeals
If you see any deficienties or irregularities in our service, we urge you to immediately inform the employes at the reception of Thermana in order to resolve the situation as soon as possible. In the event that the subject of the compaint could be remedied on the spot (eg lack of cleanliness of the room, damaged eqiupment, improper location of the room, etc. ). If the alleged error in our service was not immediately mentioned to Thermana staff, it is considered that you agree with the service and the subsequent complaints are not possible.
 
For other deficiencies that you did not report on the spot, a written complaint can be filled within two months of the service being provided. A written complaint can be submitted by e-mail: . In the event that the deadline for filling a complaint is missed, we will not consider the content of a such complaint. Within 48 hours after the written complaint has been submitted, we will confirm in writting that we have received your complaint and respond to it in writting within 3 days at the latest.
