GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS WITH THE THERMANA CLUB CARD

GOLD CARD

CARD ISSUANCE

The issuer of the Thermana Club Gold Card is Thermana, dd, družba dobre belušcija, Zdraviliška cesta 6, 3270 Laško (hereinafter: Thermana, dd). A gold card can be obtained by natural persons over the age of 15 who correctly fill out the form for issuing the card. For the Golden Card, a membership fee must be paid each year, which is determined at the beginning of each calendar year. It is not possible to issue a card to legal entities. The card can only be used by its holder and is not transferable.

The card can be obtained by submitting a written application at the following sales points of Thermane, dd: at the receptions of the Thermana Park Laško and Zdravilišče Laško hotels, at the reception of the Thermal Center of Thermana Park Laško, at the spa reception of the Hotel Zdravilišče Laško and at the reception of the Wellness Spa Center of Thermana Park Laško or by submitting an application online. By submitting a complete written application for issuing a card to Thermana, dd, or by submitting a complete application for issuing a card via the Internet and using the card, the cardholder accepts the general terms and conditions of business with the card.

USE

With each purchase in Thermana, dd, worth at least one euro, by presenting the card at the cash register and after successful payment, the card holder obtains a certain number of points that bring benefits (points are collected when purchasing services from the regular price lists of the spa, wellness and accommodation) . Collecting points and taking advantage of benefits is only possible by presenting the card on time - before paying for the service rendered. The number of points obtained depends on the value of the purchase, i.e. for every added euro of purchase, the cardholder receives one point. The acquired points are entered in the card system, and benefits are granted at the end of the credit period. The credit period is limited to six months (from December 1 to May 31 and from June 1 to November 30). Every purchase over 1 EUR is credited. 1 EUR earns 1 point. At the end of each billing period, we add up all purchases and charge the value of the reward to your card. You can use it for any Thermane Laško service.

Benefits in the form of an electronic voucher can be used for the next purchase until the end of the credit period. The benefits to which the cardholder is entitled depend on the number of points accumulated on the card. The individual benefits and the number of points required to obtain them are published in the Thermana club leaflet and on the website www.thermana.si.

At the end of each credit period, cardholders receive a balance of points according to certain criteria and an electronic credit (credit of a certain value loaded onto the card), which the winners can use in the next credit period. The amount of the purchase with the voucher must be greater than the value of the voucher. The value of the voucher is not counted in the total of purchases for the next accounting period. Accumulated points are carried over to the next credit period only for members who have not accumulated enough points to be eligible for a reward. Points can only be transferred once. In the event that the member does not collect enough points even by the end of the second accounting period to be entitled to a reward in the form of a voucher, the number of points collected will be nullified. For all others, the number of points returns to 0 immediately after the gift voucher is issued. The total number of collected points is printed on the proof of purchase with each purchase. The holder has the possibility to check the balance of points via the website www.thermana.si. The benefits can be claimed before making the payment by presenting the card and the vouchers obtained on its basis. It is not possible to exchange benefits on the card for cash. STORAGE TIME

We keep member data for as long as is absolutely necessary to achieve participation in the club for which it was processed. They are then deleted. If there is an obligation of the company and/or a tax obligation to preserve the data, it will be deleted after 5 years, unless the regulations stipulate otherwise. Your accumulated points and bonus data will also be deleted.

HANDLING IN CASE OF LOST CARD

If the card is lost or damaged, it can be replaced upon presentation of any personal document with a picture and a completed form for issuing a new card. The holder of a new card shall pay the costs for the issuance of a new card.

The holder is entitled to points or benefits obtained on the basis of a lost or damaged card.

TERMINATION

The card is issued for an indefinite period of time, but the holder can cancel it in writing at any time and without giving reasons. The holder must cancel the card by registered mail, and must also return the card together with the written cancellation. The cancellation takes effect when Thermana, dd receives the written cancellation and the card. Thermana, dd, can cancel the card at any time and without giving reasons in writing by regular mail. In the event that the card is canceled by Thermana, dd, the cardholder is entitled to all the benefits that he has accumulated up to the date of written cancellation.

ADDRESS TO RECEIVE MAIL

The cardholder undertakes to inform Thermano, dd, on a regular basis about any changes in address, name or other data that are important when using the card. Changes to the general terms of business: Thermana, dd reserves the right to change the terms of business, the rules of the rating system and other benefits without explicit written notification to the holders. The business conditions are published on the website www.thermana.si.

PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:

The personal data you provide us will be carefully protected, processed and treated in accordance with the GDPR and national legislation in the field of personal data protection.

Each time the card is used, the cardholder's purchase data (product or service, price of product or service, amount of purchase) is recorded on the card system. By entering your personal data on the website and by filling in the field on the website that refers to consent to the use of personal data (i.e. by entering a check mark in this field), or by entering your personal data on the written application form and by signing the statement, which refers to consent for the use of personal data, the cardholder gives his personal consent and consent that the manager of personal data, i.e. družba Thermana, dd, družba dobrego belžija, Zdraviliška cesta 6, 3270 Laško, establishes, collects, manages, uses, processes and stores all personal data relating to it and which are or become known in the context of card transactions for the purpose of performing marketing services, promotional activities, including direct marketing, and analysis of card transactions and analysis of individual shopping habits. With this, the cardholder also agrees and gives his personal consent and consent that the controller of personal data (Thermana, dd) may forward personal data about the holder and the purchases made from the first paragraph of this chapter to other contractual partners of Thermana, dd, based in the Republic Slovenia, which are properly registered for the processing of personal data and with whom Thermana, dd, has concluded appropriate contracts on the processing of personal data for the purpose of transmitting personal data and data on purchases made to Thermana, dd, users of personal data for the purpose of managing a single database of card directories and their personal data and purchases made, for the purpose of carrying out marketing activities and for the purpose of carrying out an analysis of business with the card or individual shopping habits, and to printers based in the Republic of Slovenia for the purpose of printing materials related to the implementation of marketing activities of the controller of personal data. Personal data will be processed in the EU area. Each cardholder can, with a written application sent to the address of the personal data manager, or by e-mail to the address: info@thermana.si, at any time and without reason, request that the manager permanently or temporarily stop using his personal data and data on purchases made. In this case, within 15 days of receiving the request, the operator will prevent the use of personal data and data on purchases for the stated purposes and will notify the cardholder who requested this within a further five days.

APPLICABLE LAW

Slovenian law is used to assess the legal relationship between Thermana, dd, and the cardholder.

BLUE CARD

CARD ISSUANCE

The issuer of the Thermana Club Blue Card is Thermana, dd, družba dobre belužišť, Zdraviliška cesta 6, 3270 Laško (hereinafter: Thermana, dd). A blue card can be obtained by natural persons over the age of 15 and legal entities who correctly fill out the form for issuing the card. The card can only be used by its holder and is not transferable. The card can be obtained by submitting a written application at the following sales points of Thermane, dd: at the receptions of Thermana Park Laško, Zdravilišče Laško hotels, at the reception of the Thermal Center of Thermana Park Laško, at the spa reception of the Hotel Zdravilišče Laško and at the reception of the Wellness Spa Center of Thermana Park Laško or by submitting an application online.
