The issuer of the Thermana Club card is Thermana, dd, a wellness company, Zdraviliška cesta 6, 3270 Laško (hereinafter: Thermana, dd). The Thermana Club card can be obtained by natural persons over the age of 15 who correctly complete the online form for issuing the card. The card, which the holder receives only in the online version and to an email address, can only be used by its holder and is not transferable. By submitting a fully completed online form for issuing the Thermana Club card, the cardholder accepts the general terms and conditions of card operations.
The cardholder, with each purchase of services and products (the exception is tobacco products) at Thermana, dd, in the value of at least one euro by presenting the Thermana Club card upon payment and after successfully completing the payment, you will earn points. 1 euro equals 1 point.
Purchases are accumulated in Thermana Club, and the amount of turnover made places Thermana Club members in one of the turnover levels. There are three turnover levels available: basic level - BASIC level (for purchases up to and including 999 points), advanced level - PREMIUM (for purchases from 1,000 to 2,999 points) and the level for our most loyal customers - KRISTAL level (for purchases from 3,000 points and above).
A Thermana Club member can take advantage of offers prepared for their specific membership level.
We additionally reward every purchase of our services and, as soon as possible after the purchase, we load the Thermana Club member's Thermana Club card with credit in the amount of 1% of the last purchase. Thermana Club members can redeem the credit on all our services within 6 months of the credit being generated. The credit cannot be extended.
Using benefits, collecting points, loading credit, as well as using the resulting credit is only available to the membership holder upon mandatory presentation of the Thermana Club membership card, prior to payment for the service provided.
The benefits and special offers to which the Thermana Club cardholder is entitled depend on the number of points collected on the card. Individual benefits are published on the website www.thermana.si.
Thermana Club members have the option of creating their own online profile on the Thermana Club website, which gives them access to data on their consumption, accumulated credit, validity of credit usage, and offers related to their Thermana Club membership level. The benefits to which the cardholder is entitled can be claimed exclusively at Thermana, dd
We store member data for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the participation in the club for which it was processed. It is then deleted. If there is a company and/or tax obligation to retain the data, it is deleted after 5 years, unless otherwise provided by regulations.
Membership in Thermana Club is issued for an indefinite period of time, and the holder may cancel it in writing at any time and without giving reasons, by sending a written cancellation of membership to the e-mail address marketing@thermana.si. Thermana dd may terminate membership in Thermana Club if the holder abuses the membership in any way.
The Thermana Club member undertakes to promptly inform Thermano, dd, of any changes to their address, name or other information that is important when using their membership card, or to edit their personal information themselves within the Thermana Club web portal, which they can access on the website www.thermana.si.
Thermana, dd reserves the right to change the terms of business, the rules of the rating system and other benefits without explicit written notification to the holders. The business conditions are published on the website www.thermana.si.
The personal data you provide us will be carefully protected, processed and treated in accordance with the GDPR and national legislation in the field of personal data protection.
Each time the card is used, the cardholder's purchase information (product or service, price of the product or service, purchase amount) is recorded in the card system. By entering their personal data on the website and by completing the field on the website relating to consent to the use of personal data (i.e. by entering a checkmark in this field), or by entering their personal data on the written application form and by signing a statement relating to consent to the use of personal data, the cardholder gives their personal consent and agreement that the personal data controller, i.e. Thermana, dd, wellness company, Zdraviliška cesta 6, 3270 Laško, may establish, collect, manage, use, process and store all personal data relating to them that are or become known in the context of card transactions for the purpose of providing marketing services, promotional activities, including direct marketing, and performing analysis of card transactions and analysis of individual shopping habits. The cardholder hereby also agrees and gives personal consent that the personal data controller may use all personal data relating to him or her for direct marketing purposes and which are or have become known to the controller in the context of card transactions, with the exception of sensitive personal data. The personal data controller (Thermana, dd) does not provide personal data about the cardholder and data on purchases made to any other contractual partners, third parties or external providers, except when expressly required by law or with the consent of the individual for a specific purpose. All personal data is processed exclusively by Thermana, dd, in the EU, and is not shared with other entities for marketing, analysis or database management purposes.
Each cardholder may, at any time and without giving any reasons, request that the controller permanently or temporarily cease using his or her personal data and purchase data by submitting a written application to the address of the personal data controller or by e-mail to the address: marketing@thermana.si. In such a case, the controller shall, within 15 days of receiving the request, prevent the use of personal data and purchase data for the stated purposes and shall notify the cardholder who requested this within a further five days.
Slovenian law is used to assess the legal relationship between Thermana, dd, and the cardholder.
